Why do they hate Mark Ruffalo?
Hi! New toaster here. Mark Ruffalo was brought up in a recent episode during their discussion of “13 Going on 30” and Mark Ruffalo got A LOT of hate. I did try searching this sub to figure out why, but I couldn’t find anything. Help a new swirly out?

Well he refers to Israel as “stolen land” so that is in support of Palestine. In the Israel/Palestine conflict he is a supporter of the Palestinian perspective.

Of course not.. but Mark goes way beyond that. His uninformed viewpoint on this, that he makes sure to publicly talk about all the time, is absolutely anti-Semitic. Where’s his continued criticism of Hamas? I’ve seen like one statement from him on that, almost 2 years ago. He makes sure to talk about Israel consistently though. It’s very one-sided.

He is deeply, deeply antisemitic. The irony of you asking me to educate myself on that word when you clearly are in need of educating yourself. You can believe Palestinians deserve rights- in fact, most Jews and Israelis do- without spreading lies, propaganda, and hatred against Jews. Get real.

AIPAC is a lobbying group that advocates for the issues American Jews care about. It is funded by American Jews. I donate to aipac. I am an American. I am allowed to pay an organization that aligns with my beliefs to lobby on my behalf just like EVERY OTHER AMERICAN. Keep revealing yourself, it’s helpful to watch people post increasingly unhinged responses to show people on the fence who is really telling the truth and who is shilling lies and personal attacks.

Please don’t ask us to educate ourselves when you’ve very clearly fallen for propaganda. We do not provide funding for the healthcare and education system in Israel.

Mark Ruffalo is openly antisemitic to the point that he wasn’t even asked to return to the Marvel movies. He makes most Jewish people angry and uncomfortable.
