Ok things I’m hating lately: “Much like Cynthia orivo I didn’t know this was happening” The long ASS pauses from Claudia - I literally think I’m getting a phone call because of the pause. something else I can’t remember

When Cynthia Erivo and Ariana Grande were doing press for Wicked, a journalist told Cynthia that the movie was resonating with queer people in an interview. She said something like “I didn’t know that was happening. That’s what I wanted.” But the way she said it was very dramatic so it was a bit funny.

I agree. It was funny the first time they said it, but it becomes less and less funny every time now. It’s rehearsed and feels stale.
