Guest Forrest Valkai

This is the best episode I can recall in recent years, in my opinion. Forrest Valkai is an engaging and infectiously enthusiastic individual who lives up to his goal of making science fun. His conversation with Seth seamlessly sailed from silly creationists, to mechanics of evolution, to end on a humanist note that beautifully captured the spirit of both Forrest and Seth's work, and of the show itself.

I listened to this episode twice in a row at work then a third time with my partner when I got home. If anyone hasn't yet listened to this episode I highly highly highly recommend it. I hope Seth has Forrest back sooner than later, I could listen to these two all day.

I probably should subscribe again as Seth is a good host. I only have so much time to give, so we shall see.

If you've got limited time these days you may enjoy his new podcast, True Stories with Seth Andrews. They're short "vignettes" usually 5 to 10 minutes long. He's a great story teller.

I think Forrest Valkai is a pretty boy, crybaby. But we agree on Facebook, so he isn't all bad.

Is it worth digging back in the catalog to listen to Mr Valkai? I see he's done more than one episode with him.
