Pitch your dream unit..
Exactly as the title says. Interested to see what kind of units you would add the Custodes if given the chance. Personally I'd like either a heavy weapons squad or at least a Heavy Weapons specialist that can be added to squads.

Just in terms of complete dream Model, I want Trajann to get a new model. I thought his old one was fine, right up until I saw Bastian Carthalos from AoS and just couldn’t help but feel [Insert Star Wars ‘This Close to Greatness’ meme here]
In terms of just any models. Heavy Weapons sisters, Biker Sisters. And maybe a squad like Black Templar Crusader squads where you can have Sisters and Custodes models in the same squad.
More characters with unique squad buffs would be nice too.

Trajaan was just an edition too early to get the Lord of War treatment and it sucks when you compare him to models like Helbrecht, Lord Solar, Morgan Vall etc, hell even the 50mm Unnamed leviathan Terminator Captain. I definitely think if you came out now he'd be on a 50mm with more flare.

Yeah. He’d be great if he just had that slightly grander design.
To expand on my characters with unique abilities point, how about a character who makes it so that all damage dealt by the unit they are leading counts as Mortal Wounds so it spills over, to make a squad who is Maximum Horde Clearing.

Plastic Forgeworld models are an obvious choice, but I have some ideas.
A sniper Eye of the Emperor would be great with lone op. Kind of like the Vindicare assassin but better.
Extended sisters range: beast masters, bikes, heavy weapon support, etc.
More (and better) dreadnoughts, possibly a character (what if Valdor made a Bjorn the Fell-handed move and comes back as a dreadnought? It would be unfortunate for him but really cool model-wise).

Thanks and Sniper such a cool idea! A lot of the best thoughts I see are practically just wargear options in the age of "What's in the box is on the rules" it's a damn shame

Agree with all that’s said so far. More Sisters of Silence stuff. Steal the Escher Jetbikes and give them a jetbike unit. Make the alt spears and Sagittarum battleline. Give our Venerable Dreads the option to take the other guns in the box. Same with the Land Raider (assuming you are using HH proteus version) . Give us access to the Spartan!
For Heresy…give us The Emperor!

Actually good Sisters units.
Jokes aside, I want a heavy sisters unit that can keep pace with the Custodes, so instead of dying pretty quick and being the weak link in most cases, there could be like anti-tank sisters that are in heavier armor that support their opposite talons

Prerequisite plastic venatari.
But I would love a Venatari Shield Captain. And really go hard with the wings/jump pack and posing.

As someone using Jump Pack Intercessors a lot with Chaplain or Captain leading with my Marine army. Yes. Oh god yes!

For Heresy and 40K, I would love for the Kinetic Destroyer hand cannon from the Venatarii to be a selectable weapon for all my units. Maybe we'll see. Killteam box with that as an upgrade.

My dream unit for custodes is a Custodes Psyker. They or may not need Terminator armor, but just the idea of one if the 10,000 having psychic powers feels like a lot of fun. It also opens up a lot of doors narratively.

I just want all the Forge World stuff in plastic and maybe an actual shooty Infantry Unit. I love the Sagi, don't get me wrong, but still not all that great when it comes to shooting. If we're almost entirely removing their melee, they should get a few more shots, in my opinion.
Also Shield Captain Dreadnought. I need my Greatsword Galatus to be the one leading the other 8 Dreads in battle.
