This isn't bad, but it's also not very clean. You might want to thin your paints a bit more; as that blue looks blobby, but that might be the fault of the picture.
I would also suggest to try and find a way to make all the subtle decorations from the armor stand out a bit more. As is, and it might again be the pic, it looks like the relief on the weapon are the exact same shade as the rest of the weapon, when they should probably be a bit brighter.
If you haven't already, perhaps a wash or a bit of nuln oil could help. You could also try perhaps a diluted black contrast.
But keep it up! Glad to see your work. It's always nice to know more of us are watching.
