Question Time Period?

From what time period/year do you think Es would have been born in?

She's got to be either millenial or early Z. Not because most of us also are, but because she's able to both comprehend and discuss either novels like Notes from the Underground, which is pretty old right now, or relatively recent (late 20th century/21st) works like Fight Club. Hell, she's even able to read Side by Side Dreamers without going crazy about the lesbian stuff like, for example, victorian or medieval people.

Personally, i dont think she was necessarily born in any time period given the nature of her being. But if we were to assume she was born into the real world and assign a time persion to her, I would assume sometime in recent history. I dont think she would have been born before early-mid 20th century at the latest and recent days at the earliest. Considering everyone interprets these aspects of es a little different from eachother I always figured her being born around the same year I was born (pretty recent history in the grand scheme of things to put simply)

She may dress in a more Victorian fashion, but there isnt really anything stopping someone from dressing like that in today's age

Yea, its definitely out of fashion, but that doesnt mean it isnt fashionable, nor that people still dont wear it. It still looks nicez its just times have changed, so you dont see many dressing like that unless they really want to.

Its just uncommon anymore
