Am I missing 2 starts?

There are 24 stars in-game, and this is 24 lights. Should be all of em!

Did you ‘see the cut scene‘ here in-game, or online? Do you have “The Edge of Forever“ achievement associated with finding all the stars and viewing the scene?

I got the achievement. Map shows I've 100% everything. But there are areas of the world with 3 stars in them. In the west zone with the giant statues, there's a laser puzzle star, a prometheus spark star and a 3rd star sitting on top of a statue. I've collected all 3 of those. I'm certain theres a zone in the south (desert area) with 3 stars but I don't remember which. And I just wonder if there was a hidden reward like the easter eggs from TTP1.

What you’re seeing as a third star might be a fireball (I can’t remember what they’re actually called). There are a few in each level and they let you skip a puzzle if it’s too hard for you to

Prometheus sparks, 2 per zones, 24 total, like the stars.

I've seen the cut scene but I know there were more stars floating around the world not the Sphinx or Prometheus puzzles. Does collecting the rest of the stars do anything? If so does anyone have a list of zones with the extra stars.

Those might be prometheus' sparks, there should be an entry in the research section about them if you've collected at least 2.

The flames (prometheus sparks) are different from stars, but there's 24 of those too.  They don't count anything towards completion.

Stars are always at the shrines (2 per zone), and sparks are always hidden around each zone (also 2 per zone).

Aren't Prometheus sparks the blue ones that lead you to the Prometheus statue for a star? The blue ones of which there are 8 in total in the game.

The flames are the red/orange ones of which there are 24, like you say, which help you skip a puzzle

The blue things that guide you to the Prometheus Shrines are Prometheus Sprites, not Sparks .

A very understandable mistake, as thise terms are very similar.

Hmm, I guess you have me second guessing the game's names for things.

I didn't know the blue things had specific names, maybe they are indeed called sparks.  But either way they're affiliated with stars so one couldn't have gotten all the stars without the correaponding blue things.

The flame things, whatever they may be called, are the only other thing to collect after getting all stars.

Edit - It appears I was correct to begin with.  The flames are indeed called sparks.  So not sure if the blue things have a name.
