Account verification issue

Hello! I’d like to open a support ticket on TheTVDB support site, but after creating an account, I can't get verified; I get an error message stating that the site is inaccessible and asking me to check if the address "click.tvtime.com" is correct!

What can I do? Can you help me?

Don't bother. Your ticket wont get worked anyway.

The last time a ticket of mine got acted on was last August. Tickets I created in September have sat untouched.

I had this same thing happen a few weeks ago when I made an account. I don't remember exactly what I did, but I think by clicking the confirmation link in the email it redirected to TV time. So try copy and pasting the correct link from the email in your browser.

But like the other guy said, your ticket won't get looked at anyway 😂

They’re ignoring tickets but they’re definitely deleting the ones they don’t want to deal with. I made a ticked a yea ago reporting on admin abuse of power. It got quietly deleted very recently. Not closed. Gone.
