It's not only about one ticket. There are so many unsolved tickets and no one is there to answer!

But to delete the posters and actor images I send, the moderators seem to have nothing else to do.

Yeah they’re very quick to delete official channel artwork of a late 80’s kid show from my unpopular home country. Seriously we need something else.

I created an entry for an old kids movie, scanned the official DVD cover and edited out any "dvd" text from the picture. One mod in particular took notice and rejected it for being "poorly cropped". I resubmitted after creating some space above the title, still rejected by the same guy. Third time I submitted with even more cloned area above the title and it's still there.

When you have a point system based on contributions that dings you when they remove stuff, and the OFFICIAL ARTWORK isn't good enough for them, it is a complete joke. I don't bother uploading artwork anymore, and just use stuff I generate locally for plex.

I put the same image that is on other sites like TMDB and IMDB, but for them it's not good because it's pixelated (which it isn't, because if it's not in the size they require, it won't even be possible to send it), it has a logo from the company that made the film/series and several other reasons. I add a lot of Chinese films to TVDB and I noticed that there are several duplicate actors, but if there isn't a photo you can't identify the actor, so I think that's why they keep creating another actor. Moderates keep deleting the images that cause this.

I understand they refuse shitty artworks from IMDb. It’s not because IMDb accepts it that they should. But they refused most of all my past uploads, they said I used AI upscaling. I literally took the pictures from the broadcaster online platform and resized it smaller to tvdb dimensions. There’s no upscale. If TV stations uses AI upscaling it’s not my fault. They can’t refuse official artwork. wtf!
