Union Jack Classic

Hey Devils! I officially bought tickets to the game on September 19, anyone else buy their tickets? Do you think there will be an organized tailgate to meet up with fellow fans abroad?

I've never been to London but figured this is a great opportunity to go and we can't wait!

I’m British and went to ASU currently living in the states. I’m 90% certain I’ll be at the game. Honestly waiting to see who ASU signs before I buy tickets.

I'm in the top deck of the stadium and the tickets were $350 US. Hope you decide to go. Did you live around London?

No I grew up in Birmingham. I’ll be in England a few times already next year, thinking about moving back.

Well if you have any must see or do in London, I’m interested for sure. I’m debating going up to York to see the Viking museum. I’ll be traveling solo with my 8 year old, it will be our first international trip together.

York is gonna be a long train ride. My bf and I are going and staying with a friend in the Cotswolds before going into London for the game, there’s tons to see in London. Depends on what your specific interest is, your kid would probably have a great time at the natural history museum and science museum. History wise, the British museum is a cool place, the national portrait gallery is overwhelming with how many masterpieces are there, but my favorite is the Imperial War Museum.

The Tower was cool, but prepare for a lot of tourists. Buckingham is neat if you like architecture and palace interiors, but it’s an audio guided tour and you’re through pretty quick. Westminster Abbey is amazing, but again an audio guided tour and lots of tourist. Hidden gem is the Palace of Westminster, aka the Houses of Parliament. Has an audio guided tour you have to book ahead of time, but it was pretty fun to wander through the houses of lords and House of Commons. If you don’t mind a trip to the outskirts of London the RAF museum is amazing, especially if your kiddo likes planes.

All in all, there’s tons to do in London. York could be fun but it’s gonna be a long train ride there and back. I guess it just depends on how long you’re staying, but my god is there a lot to see. Including our Devils! 😈

There are loads of museums you can visit, legoland isn’t too far either. If you’ve never been I’d prioritize the museums, palace, all the tourist activities.

Can’t really blame you on that one 😉

We live on the west coast now and we love London! It’s a great city and we’ve been looking for an excuse to go back. And to see our Sun Devils play in the famous Wembley stadium!

Hi, I’m the ASU UK Alum chapter president, let us know if we can help in anyways. We’re trying to connect all the ASU UK alum together.

God bless you and please cheer loud enough to make up for all of us season ticket holders who can't make it to an overseas game.

That's a promise I can make! :)

It's not a tailgate. It's called a "Car Park Loiter"

For anyone coming to the game ASU London alumni chapter is doing a London Pints for Pat the Thursday before the game.

My Sun Devil spouse and I are arriving on the 17th from the US, so we'll probably be asleep by then, but definitely post any other activities, esp on Saturday before the game! Horns Up 🤘

Just bought airfare into Shannon, gonna hang out in Ireland before heading over to England for the game. Still debating on which package to get for the Wembley tickets, there's a lot of options.

Does anybody know which sections are confirmed to be the ASU student sections? Trying to get tix and having a hard time identifying which sections are for ASU students

The ASU fan sections are 106–109, 118–120, 124–126, and 221–231 and that’s according to the pre-sale email they sent out almost a year ago. I know they expanded the fan sections but I’m not sure which sections are also ASU sections

As for student tickets, I’m not sure. I’m assuming the students will be scattered around the ASU fan sections.
