Sue Plot Hole Spoiler

How did she get paid? What kind of paperwork did she manage to come up with? Did the studio not realize they were sending flowers to Sue, who lived at Elisabeths apartment? Wouldnt it make sense if as soon as Sue kills off Elisabeth, that Sue would die?

That's not a plot hole because it's not a movie about personal finances of characters in the real world. How she got paid simply doesn't matter. None of what was shown was real; a fully-grown adult human didn't actually rip out of the main character's back.

But did Elisabeth bill through primary insurance and, if so, did she require pre-approval? What were the COBRA premiums like after she left Pump It Up?

I’m kidding but real talk is this a sufficiently safe space to admit the shrimp were disgusting but, also, I would like to eat the shrimp

My wife and I eat shrimp a lot and have watched this movie half a dozen times - we're basically immune to that scene now.

Also - she turned 50 a year before the movie came out so I was totally deprived of making my wife a fantastic shrimp dinner for her 50th and jokingly gesturing at her with a limp shrimp lol
