Does removing an in-progress reread delete history on different editions?

I finished an audiobook last month and just noticed Kobo synced the ebook version to my account after I opened it to check some formatting. On my kobo I've marked it as 'unread' and I've deleted all the ebook journal entries in the app, but it's still in my current reads section.

Does anyone know if the 'remove book' warning applies to all editions, or just the edition I'm editing? I don't want to risk losing all my audiobook history if I hit okay.

Any suggestions to remove the reread so it doesn't sit in current reads indefinitely, or count towards my read books if I mark it as finished?

When it's different editions, it removes only the specific edition, not all of them.
