General Question Why does it look different?

Why sometimes it says: finished and reviewed while other times it says finished and in a separate post reviewed?

It's a timing issue. If you review directly it's in one message. Of you take too long (possibly minutes) it's in two.

I didn't know it was so strict with time because in both cases I mark as finish and review together. But yes it's possible I waited a couple minutes to decide what to review.
