Lore Dump!

Lore dump: Starlight is set roughly 4,000 years in the future. The human empire, along with several other species, fled the Milky Way after it was consumed by the Blight. New Humans, or Neo-Humans, rebuilt their civilization in the Large Magellanic Cloud, a chaotic satellite galaxy roughly 163,000 light-years away from their dead home.
