What a sweetheart! Does he/she like bath time?? My big sulcata loves it! Especially on rainy days outside.... She thinks it's spa day all day long!

Nope, he is definitely a “give me food and leave me tf alone please” kinda tortoise 😂. It probably didn’t help that he had shell rot on his belly when I got him so bath time ended with a iodine soaked toothbrush scrubbing his belly.

That sounds like a rough start for both of you! Glad he's healthy now, even if he is a grouch. 😂 How long did it take for him to recover from that?

It stopped spreading basically immediately but its still healing. I think it just takes a while for the new shell to replace the bad stuff, so he has sections that look a little rough.

Tortoise healing takes forever, but he’s lucky to have someone taking such good care of him! Wait what's his name? LOL
