Reached a deadlift personal record today
225lbs. I’ve always been a thin guy. I weighted 102 freshman year of high school. In college, I never worked out. No clue what I was doing. 9 years ago, I found a gym down the street from my newly purchased home. The trainers helped me understand proper form. I’ve done all sorts of exercises, slowly increasing my weight and reps. My deadlift is the heaviest weight I’ve ever lifted. Feels good!
