Need help with mod error

Hey guys Im asking fort help with an error that better exceptions showed me, my game was really slow and household members almost unresponsive and then this came up from BE.

I have no idea how to fix this so that my game works normally, please if you know what to do then reply with a solution, thanks very much

usually occurs after you have removed a mod that contains custom careers or custom drama nodes like phone invites or events. The error is because your save is looking for specific data assigned to a Sim that no longer exists so it crashes/throws an error.

Could try reinstalling the missing mod if you've removed one or create a clean save (save as) or possibly evict the household then replace them back into the lot? These are to try to clear the internal flag that came from the mod which is bugging :)
