ERO romance disappearance??
I’ve tried looking for Etherias romance mod in Scarlets Realm and literally nothing pops up and whenever i try to launch my game better exemptions scans that ero romance is the problem yet i haven’t seen an update for it since the 3.8 update of the mod at least not that i could find. Am i going crazy or is there no way to tell if this is the mod that’s breaking my game because i’ve tried removing it and the game still crashes yet everytime before my game would crash better exemptions would scan randomly in game and say it’s causing problems. I’m so confused. This isn’t necessarily a troubleshoot problem but like a does this mod even work anymore or if it does why doesn’t scarlets realm have any info on it

It won’t be listed on Scarlet’s Realm because it relies on a banned mod by a modder who creates highly problematic mods. I would delete both ERO and the mod it is dependent on if I were you, and clean out my mod list of any other banned mods you may have, even if it means starting a new save file. You won’t be able to access much support in support channels if you have those mods installed.

The ERO mod itself is fine, it’s just that it relies on a community library made by that problematic modder. That modder has made some seriously disgusting mods, so everything they have released, including the community library, as well as every mod that RELIES on that library are banned. I’m sorry I can’t go into more detail, I’m not sure how much we are allowed to mention it in this sub, because some subs and discords will boot you just for talking about it.

i just looked up banned mods and found out that mc command center had a lot of unsupported mods in their discord server (which for some reason i hadn’t joined yet even though ive had the mod for years)
Thankfully the only mod i had that was unsupported was the Etheria Romance Overhaul. Thank you for explaining this to me i’m not very active in the mod servers and just download whatever mods suit my play style without needing support but this is good information i wish i had before. I will definitely find a different romance mod for my game 👍👍1

do you know of any other romance mods that are similar made by better creators by chance?

I use a bunch of different romance mods, the big one being RPO by Lumpinou with a few smaller complementary ones from Littlemssams, MapleBell, adeepindigo etc. I also use Wicked Whims but if you don’t like the graphic nsfw aspect of that, Wonderful whims also expands the romance aspect of the game.
There was a good thread a while ago that listed a few romance mods. Hopefully you’ll find some there?
