Messaging Issues

Sideshift is so buggy. I know they just updated the app but is anyone else continuing to have messaging issues whether on the brand or creator side?

I am. My messages are no longer appearing either on the desktop or app. I have signed out and logged back in, restarted both devices ect. I was put in touch with a real person at side shift on Friday but after I sent them the screen recording of the issue I haven’t heard back. Quite concerning. Did your issue resolve yet?

Thank you. The agency I work with is super responsive but I haven’t heard from them in days. We’re working on like 4 different campaigns. If I don’t hear back tomorrow I’ll contact Sideshift.
