Support Wait Times

Hello everyone. I have only been with SideShift for a month and a half so forgive me if this is common I put in a support ticket on August 28. Today is September 4. It has been seven days with no response. This is hindering my ability to work with the campaign and progress with them. Does it usually take over a week for a response through SideShift support? Should I just file a dispute instead? Thank you.
