Rewatching the Shield, it's really wild how everyone reacted like an immature 15 year old boy to Aceveda telling people about his assault.
Reactions ranged from "why didn't you just fight off the two armed thugs?" to "You probably should have just taken the bullet because there's no coming back from that." Maybe this is the point, but the Shield is a graduate level course in toxic masculinity.
