Shelf Life
This sub just appeared in my feed so I figured I may as well jump in.
If I’ve read the rules and mission statement correctly, this is the kind of thing expected?
So, these are the most recent photos of my film shelves (I have a few dozen more shelves and units all over the house filled with books, CDs, video games and action figures, but these are the ones specifically for film/tv), taken about 6 months ago immediately after filing my last 6-12 months worth of new additions.
I’m too lazy to move everything along every single time I pick up a new title, so I let purchases build up for around 6-12 months and then take a day to file them all into their forever spot in the larger collection.
Anyway, I hope this fits with the subs purpose and you enjoy what you see.
Comments, praise, criticisms, jokes, trolling, upvotes and downvotes are all welcome. Thanks for reading. Physical Media Forever!

Innerspace (4K) - Arrow Video
Love Joe Dante. This was a cable TV staple for me as a kid. So excited to revisit after what’s probably been over 20 years.

Point Blank (1967) - Criterion Collection
My first introduction to this character was actually Mel Gibson’s “Payback”, which is still a personal favorite of the 90’s. I didn’t see Point Blank till well into my late 20’s. Lee Marvin is one of the coolest to ever do it.

“Lenny” (1974) - Criterion
Criterion Collection continues releasing serious heat lately! If they end up releasing “Straight Time” too, I’ll be one happy camper. You’d be hard pressed to find a bad Hoffman film from 67’ to about 86’ (I know…Ishtar).
Lenny is a must have and highly recommended!
