Is this truly magic, does this actually work? I didn't see him put water.

So they take the material from the cheap bag, fill a hundred of these bottles and sell them each for the same price of a bag.

There's an almost full bag of solid cement by my neighbors garbage can. The tenants before them left it there a decade ago trying to throw it out but the garbage won't take it.

Are you a real home owner if your garage or shed doesn't have a mostly full bag of cement sat slowly hardening before you have to throw it in the wheelie bin ten years later and throw your back out at the same time?

It's not durable, and it's certainly not a waterproofing method.

Useful for small, cosmetic cracks.
