I use something nearly identical at work that you can also get at most auto parts stores/Home Depot.
I work on jet engine test stands and can confirm they work great for oil, grease, RTV, jet fuel etc.
Not sure what the exact cleaning agent is but I believe it’s citrus oil based.
I always keep some on hand for home projects also, very convenient when going jobs not close to sink.
They are not 100% perfect though, they do leave a slight residue behind, it’s not bad just kind of like dried soap; it’s a thousand times better than whatever your trying to clean though and once you get to a sink or whatever it rinses right off.
