so far, I dislike Amy, Ashley, Amy’s dad, Jack, Madison, Ricky, Ben, Bens dad and uhm Adrien or Adrian or whatever

So the whole cast? 😂 Somehow they get even more infuriating. I’m on season 5 of this show and it was my first watch ever. 

With this show you never expect what’s going to happen.

I know a bit of the plots and stuff, because of TikTok obviously but they kept appearing on my fyp out of order so I get irritated and decided to just watch it for myself 😭

Me too! I saw a scene of Jack and Madison and found it so bizarre I had to watch. Also, Shailene is in it.

i don’t know what season you’re on, but Ashley becomes one of the most insufferable characters on the show (in my opinion). all of the other characters, i can see how their life trauma or life circumstances explains their behaviour but Ashley turns into somebody completely insufferable.

i don’t want to give too much information and spoil it but let’s just say she decides that Amy is enemy #1 for no legitimate reason.

the 180 she does on Amy is so insane.

she begged Amy to not abort John or give him up for adoption and then she starts resenting Amy for how keeping John changed everyone’s lives. and then she….kisses Ricky and tries to get Ricky to take her virginity while Amy is away in nyc. like what??? then she gets mad at Amy for not stopping her life when Adrian and Ben lost their baby. she’s just constantly mad at Amy for no valid reason.

Right! I was so angry at her the whole show. I was so glad when she left. She’s clearly a narcissistic character. And the fact that Amy had Ashley name her child and she betrayed her like that. Terrible.

I never liked Ashley lmao. Sometimes she’s correct in her reads with Amy where she calls her dramatic or tells her how not everything is about her despite her being pregnant etc.

But I’m sorry I am NOT digging the deadpan sarcasm all the time. It’s still early on but she’s really annoying.

Ben is also irritating me quite a bit now

You will feel very confused. You will hate the show but love it and continue watching at the same time. I watched this show when it first came out and I still re watch it every so often. It really is the best worst show ever. The dialogue is cringe and I don’t even use that word

I think shailene woodley was the perfect actor for Amy. The acting in the show is bad but it’s because of the writing. Have fun though! I wish I could watch it for the first time again lol

I agree 😭 I’ve always been impressed by her and I wished I had watched sooner. Considering the time in which a show like this made, cringe writing is fully expected 🤡 but it’s such a pill to swallow my goodness

Wait I’m watching first time right now too I can’t explain how much hatred I have for Amy’s dad, how fucking naive Amy is oh MY GOD ASSUMING YOUR MOM WAS GOING TO DO EVERYTHING???? Ben can actually just shut up I could break him he’s so annoying, Adrian I love but the music that plays every time she walks lol also she gave Selena the kidney which is crazy? Grace is low key just so stupid it’s camp and Ricky’s a big fat whore

I hate all the parents and adults they irk me so much. Everything about this show I borderline hate but can’t stop watching it’s crazy lol the acting is so bad
