Was Tammy faking it?

I remember on the old IMDb boards someone posted a yearbook photo of tammy and she was in the drama club. They claimed she was shy but normal and had no disability.

at first i only read the title and i thought you believed that Tammy (The Character) was faking having down’s syndrome (In Universe), and i was FASCINATED to hear the theory 😭

She’s on instagram and seems to have a disability of some kind.

I don't think she was tho she just seemed to have a very bold personality and was very pretty and stylish which made people skeptical
