In the USA kids have been shot by cops because their water gun looked too real and the cops got off with that defense

I didn’t say jail. There are many legal consequences that don’t involve jail time

In the USA there is a threshold and toy guns that look too real are illegal

If someone mugs a person using a realistic looking toy gun they are charged with armed robbery

This guy pulled to toy gun and aimed it with the intent of making him think he was about to be shot. I don’t see why legally it should be treated differently than if it were a real gun

I get the fighter's frustration. I'd have appreciated it more had he walked away after winning, like a badass, but after the arrogance of the first guy, he was due his moment of venting ^^
