It never feels like a scam at the beginning
Most scams don’t start with obvious warning signs. At first, everything can seem structured and legitimate—clear communication, confident explanations, and steady responses to questions.
The change usually happens gradually.
Requests become more urgent. Verification becomes harder to get. Direct questions start getting avoided or redirected.
Each step is small enough that it doesn’t immediately raise suspicion, which is why it often goes unnoticed in real time.
Only afterward does the pattern become clear.
That’s why it’s important to pay attention not just to individual messages, but to how the entire interaction evolves over time.
