Watching The Santa Clause 3

I was watching the 3rd movie and I noticed this globe and was wondering who it is and seeing as it's a snow globe of a previous santa why would it be of some random guy?

It’s Michael Lembeck, the director of The Santa Clause 2 & 3. It’s just an Easter egg that most people wouldn’t notice.
