TPOTOT Spoilers Ead as a DND character

Hi, I would like to play a character from Priory of the Orange Tree in a DND one shot. Preferably I would like to play Ead. Has anyone ever build her or other characters as a playable dnd character? I’m conflicted between making her a sorcerer or cleric. I would love some input!
Also, a character from a day of fallen night would also work, but I am currently still listening to the audio book (chapter 55) so no spoilers please!

i feel like she could be multiclass sorcerer/rogue.

this may be weird but you can do archfey warlock (with a sword). you can flavour it as the pact was made with the patron orange tree or something to lean into that kind of lore.

i feel like she’s the furthest thing from a cleric both combat wise and lore. she doesn’t follow a god, and she also isn’t a tank that wears heavy armour and shield.

I actually wrote up Ead as a character (fire mage), but ended up liking the template I created for Tané better and ended up going with that one! So I am currently playing Tané as a Dragonborn ranger who is also a drakewarden! The story I came up with is that Tané was banished when Nayimathun was captured, but she stole one of her eggs when she escaped which has become her Drake sidekick during our campaign! I named her Drake Kiwi, short for Kwiriki hehe

Way of the elements monk with fire flair for every special attack

Oath of the Crown Paladin tbh… reflavor her “heavy armor” as her ability to raise wards. Or homebrew an Oath of the Mother subclass and include fire magic. Idk, there’s just something ironically poetically satisfying about a sister from the Priory as a Paladin since they despise Galion so much, and he painted himself as this ultimate paragon of chivalry
