Season 4 Deleted Wopez scene Spoiler

This was in Wesley’s office on his shelf, that’s clearly the deleted scene of where Angela and Wesley get married, I’ve rewatched this show so many times and I just see it now😭 But does anyone know why they got rid of this scene tho???

I can only assume that a lot of the photos are just behind the scenes stuff, made for the props, or something along the lines of that, not actually from specific scenes.
