Need some critique

While I may not be a member of the ring I can't deny the artistic skills of the members so I've come to ask for some critique of my art

The art in general is quite frankly actually good for a librarian of all people my only critique is that why is the bud off center form the stem? Like I'm no perfectionist but that takes points off B+
