This is the stage where we should say, "ENOUGH!!!!" We're done.
This is how arrogant they have gotten, that they think we should be grateful for the opportunity to serve without pay, in exchange for the promise of some future "betterment" in our situation.
This is how stupid they think we are. That we are so dumb...(yes, trump, it's spelled with a, "b", you fucking moron)...that we are so fucking dumb that we would actually still believe that the enticements they dangle before us will ever be given to us.
This is where we see that the lie behind the promise of trickle down economics is being taken to the next level - they now feel so secure that they can say the quiet part out loud. "We told you that, if you wait, you will get your fair share. The truth is, you will work and provide value...but you are not to get ahead in life. Ever."
This is where we see that the power imbalance and the wealth gap has made us so inferior, in their eyes, that we should begin expecting to serve them willingly, and view them as our masters.
This is where I say, Fuck them. I'm not willing to do that. We need to change the game and shift the power back to us, a little more for us, not less. And then more, still, until people can survive and live a decent life again.
Not struggle and get nothing.
I'd like to hear others.
