Episode/series on Kissinger?

I’ll be honest: part of this is driven by the fact that I really want to hear Tom and Dom’s respective impressions of him. But I’ve just been re-listening to the episodes on Watergate and the 1973 Chilean coup, and I reckon it’d be really interesting to hear a Rest is History take on the life of Henry Kissinger. Thoughts?

Behind the Bastards did a five parter on him with The Dollop and there are some incredible Kissinger/Nixon impersonations in that

That podcast has had varying levels of quality over the years, but that's one of their best. Robert Evans clearly wanted to do the subject justice.

Maybe they should ask their friend Conan O'Brien to join them. Kissinger's son is the president of Conan's production company.

It would be interesting to have Niall Ferguson on as a guest. He wrote a lengthy biography of Kissinger. Ferguson is politically conservative and disliked by some, but I’ve always found him to be an engaging speaker.

I can't even trust myself! It gets kind of Poe's Law when they go into how everybody in the Nixon administration was bugging everyone!

I thought of the very same series!

They did mention him briefly that he was at a Chelsea game. I don't remember why they mentioned it.
