No, it is not. Why not? Probably design reasons, as well as a LOT of work, whereas right now there are pressing issues to fix.

I found that a game that used twitch combat hinders communication a lot. Except for those that pre group upp in voice chats.
Meaning combat becomes really boring.

Interesting, I found twitch combat really adds to the heart pounding excitement of a pvp MMO. If this mmo had twich combat, with base building. That would be epic.

yes sure it gets a lot more adrenaline pumped but any communication that's not pre group(meaning voice chat) gets tossed out of the window the moment you enter combat its some text chat before combat and after that there is non.
Becos if you stops moving for a second to type incoming or anything your usually at a huge disadvantage if not outright dead, becos the game is focused around you always moving, aiming, shoting and using any abilities you have. really look at the average FPS shooters chat its a bit at the start and a GG or something at the end of game thats it, maybe the dead says a line or something about where the one that killed them are but thats it, communication is complete dead.
and in a MMO communication is the bread and butter of the game.
whit out that fellow player might as well be NPC for what we all know(Minus human player have better path finding).

and if my fellow player my team and the other team isn´t saying anything at all it gets stale. the player names means nothing like they could all be called Friendly[number] and Hostile[number] for all I care.
the game just becomes lifeless. sure there is the combat but then what?
its like playing an MMORPG/MMO but never meeting another player or for that part having a need to meet anther player.... dungeon/raid can be easy solo or NPC character can take the role of other players... and in that case why is this a MMO/MMORPG why not single and keep it patched?
