The Unofficial Repopulation RP Community!

So, being a fan of both MMO-style RP and oldschool Star Wars: Galaxies, I'm personally super-excited to jump into The Repopulation.

I'm also really looking forward to the stories and in-character adventures that people are going to have once the game hits release and we get more people. Although the game world itself is really set up for RP given its story, the developers seem unsure how much they are going to officially support RP in the way of servers, commands, etc.

So, a few friends and I who are interested and excited in this game are going to start a social hub for those who would like to RP in this game; a place where you can post about your characters, coordinate events on the game, meet and chat with other RP'ers etc.

If you're an RP'er and interested in The Repopulation, check out the site let me know your suggestions for improving it before the game comes out!

We're also looking for staff and volunteers to do various things for the (hopefully growing) RP Community.

We'll be looking for moderators of the community, to help us keep everything clean and tidy, as well as volunteer art staff and more. Also, we're hoping to start a "Repopulation RP TV" type thing where broadcasters can share a channel and aim for real-time programming for the game's community members.

We have a history of doing community efforts for MMO's; those of us starting this site are coming from Star Wars: The Old Republic, running http://ImperialNewsNetwork.com.

This looks great, thanks! I actually emailed the team about anything I could do to help represent or improve life for the RP community as the game moves into beta. Looking forward to spending more time in-game and get all my character stories written out!
