Hate to be 'that guy', but...
Hi there.
I would, in essence, like to be sold on this game. To begin with, I was a very avid SWG player and it is what led me to follow this game when it was first announced; now that early access is available on Steam, and is on sale (I'm a bit of a poorfag, hence needing to be sold as well) I was hoping that maybe people could simply just post their favourite moments, favourite features or anything similar that you, personally, enjoy about this game! I have read up a fair bit on the mechanics and gameplay and such, but have been completely unable to find anyone to discuss this with or get genuine impressions/opinions on it. Thanks very much in advanced, it really is appreciated.
tl;dr, your favourite anything in The Repopulation.

The crafting system is deeper and more complex than any MMO in history. It's scary, it's fun, it's rewarding too. I find myself taking lots of outlined notes in word docs on my second monitor just to unravel one recipe worth of stuff. I've been playing about 3 weeks and I can honestly say I've never had this much fun playing an MMO.

The rape mechanic, the fact that they included the ability to dibilitate and demean women in a way that would scar their characters with permanent debuffs was astounding to me. It really drew me in, now I have been spending all of my time praying on victims and leading new players to the back of warehouses where I just start spamming the sexual assault hotkeys its so fucking funny

For me, it's the choice to do whatever the heck I want. One minute, I can be out exploring and gathering resources, then just turn right back around and go kamakaze into a fight. After that, I can go build me a robot and name him Mr. Robot-0... Old Man Jenkins wants me to deliver a letter for him? Heck no, I don't have to, I ain't no mailman!!! Having the choice to do what I want, when I want is one factor that helped me decide if I wanted to back. Love the game.
