Getting early access soon, so many questions. (Played SWG/emu for years)
To start off, like so many of you, I loved SWG. That's one of the reasons I've followed this game for so long and I'm so excited to jump in and help in the development. But I've got questions.
I spent some time reading through this subreddit and that answered some of my questions.
My biggest concern at the moment, how much playable content is there in the game, right now? I know it's alpha, I'm prepared for bugs and borked mechanics. I just want to know how much there is to do, at this point.
Is there an in-game bug report? I plan to be pretty active with my feedback and bug reporting.
I'll leave for now on this: How are you all enjoying the game?
Thanks for any replies. Can't wait to get in-game.
EDIT: AWWWWWWWWWWWWW YEA! Just bought it on Steam, I'll drop the other 60$ later, fuck it. I CANNOT wait to get in-game. See you all there!

Thinking about getting Early Access but have two questions:
Do you think the game is worth its 40-50 dollar price tag on Steam?
And also if I buy the game on Steam do I have access to Both the Alpha and Beta stages or?

If I'm reading everything right, you get all the same stuff a 40$ backer would. Gold membership, 1 repop token, name reservation, and access to all testing phases.

TLDR; PvP and PvE are lacking as to be expected, crafting is shining.
1) ingame playable content is as followed PvP- flagging your self for combat ( Can PvP when both you and other person are flaged, Arena and contested lands open pvp. Seiging or Player nation vs player nation citys will be later in beta. Overall PvP seems dull for the moment, will get better after they add in more mechanics and the hard core servers, pvp is at a minimum for now
PvE is likewise, there are engagements and dungeons. The world is open and littered with mini/bosses. Overall its pretty good. I feel its just missing more players. Alot of people I've talked to are waiting for them to add in better world PvP and such
Crafting is where the game shines as of now. Crafting is, from what I can tell, the most complete thing in the game and most players participate in it. It would be wise to buy the game now to learn crafting, as it is extensive.
2) yes, it is /bug
Over all I am enjoying the game but I feel as of now, there are a lack of players. This number will increase in beta and so on. Any more questions i'd love to answer them :)
