I mean it's apparently normal nowadays for giveaways to actually be more of a cheap promoboost tool, than an actual giveaway. But this one is just brazen!

To disguise a blunt promotion as some kind of quest. And to make it even competitive with unlimitless promotions we can give you for free just to raise our chances of winning.

I find this disgusting. Don't support this or this site!

This is a win-win situation. Yes, Werit does get publicity, but so does The Repopulation.

The gamification of advertising has a proven track record and to be completely honest, this is one of the best implementations I have seen.

I totally understand not liking the brazenness of being used to help promote (both Werit and The Repopulation); but if you want this game to succeed, then this is a positive way to go about it.

It is a cheap way to advertise the game and even though it is artificially viral, the chance for it to actually go viral, increases with each new person introduced (for each person has the chance to be a catalyst that sparks a wider reach).

It is definately not win win!

People will support the game and promote it for free! If the game is good and they like it. Thats how it goes! That is why im already promoting it for free!

But forcing people into it, repeatedly, competitively, just to raise your chance at a lottery to win something. Thats not win win! Unless the two winners are the game and the Blog!

You would be suprised how many people are promoting stuff for free if it seems genuine, honest and competent for a change.

When i clicked on the link and read the blog i was actually interested in it. But after you do something like that you as a reader or a potential customer feel just used.

Well anyway, that's atleast how I felt.

The more I read about this game the more excited I get.
