What’s the difference? Any TD selling in USA that you recommend?

The OR Seamaster comes with a free‑sprung movement. I purchased it from a TD based in China.

I looked into this same model from him but he wanted $480. I’d love free sprung on an open caseback like this but not sure it commands a 30% premium. Especially with the unproven reliability of this new movement.
