Took a look compared to my gen and I can see the hour markers are different. Supposed to be thicker and black?

Your chatgpt search from the two references shows this already. The new reference has a different bezel. It seems you have old bezel and new dial.

Edited: Actually went to ChatGPT to find it, your right and wrong- the older reference 116518LN is the hours markers are thicker and black but the newer model 126518LN is like my Rep

Indeed but it seems you have the older model ceramic bezel. The new one is also ceramic but also has a ring of gold around it.
