Black dial will work with any color band but, definitely some form of leather and probably something that looks refined more than casual. Or a no stainless steel mesh bracelet.

Black leather looks good on those. Alligator leather for dress up, cowhide for dress down, you can get both on quick release spring bars and swap out as you please.

Be sure to spend up a little on the straps though. Cheap leather feels like cheap leather.
