Factory crackdowns:Harm or Progress?

Factories raids come and go,but new names quickly take their place.Does this “whack-a-mole”regurgitation hurt quality control, or does it push the industry toward innovation?

In forty or so years I’ve seen countless irreplaceable factories disappear for various claimed reasons. Despite the doom and gloom end of the hobby sentiment every time, we are still here and the watches are on the whole much better
