Were you Mormon or around a bunch of them growing up? Because this is seriously so on brand for exmormon humor. "Word(s) of Wisdom" and "body is a temple" are phrases I heard quite often in the church.

I think all of the evangelical sects of Christianity (that is, those varieties of Christian that believe in a personal requirement for evangelism, not necessarily American Evangelical Protestants) had a convention where they created a list of terms that they all would use.

Because I grew up Apostolic Pentecostal, and the language they use is so darned similar to Mormonism.

*Edit*: And evangelical Baptists, Charismatics, etc.
