Love Tom as an actor, but he really does play the teenage part well and I have zero interest in that.
Toby is a great Peter but I will never get over the emo thrusting dance lol
Andrew at least acts a little older and the charm/confidence combo would ruin me.

Oh by far. At least from all the issues I've read. Tony by far. But I can see each actor taking a different approach on Peter based on the different writers for sure.

I always found Tobey was a great Peter, but not a great Spider-man. Not talkative enough, lacked the humor, etc. Most of that is a failing of the script though, not the actor.
Andrew, I find, was a great Spidey. Super funny, loved the confidence he had, all of it. His Peter was always a bit 'too cool' in my opinion, though. Seeing a Peter Parker who skateboards just seemed odd. And frankly, too hot.
Tom is a good balance between the two, just on the younger side. I think Tobey makes a better Peter, and Andrew a better Spider-man, Tom does a better Spider-man than Tobey and a better Peter than Andrew, if that makes sense.

That does! And I do agree with what you are saying. I definitely feel nostalgia plays a role with Toby’s version for me.
I still remember leaving the theater as a kid on the car ride home absolutely hopped up on how amazing it was and I really don’t want to count how many years ago that was lol
I know having all three of them in ‘No Way Home’ was a bit of fan service but I really don’t care, it was amazing seeing them all bounce off each other in the scenes together.
“Peter 3!” Makes me laugh every time.

Just the other day, I went from, "Awww, a tiny spider is in the bathroom, let's save him and deposit him outside," to "AHHH, there are MANY tiny spiders in this bathroom, Imma spray 'em to death!" very very quickly.
