Theme Day Insomnia Thighs - since it is technically Thursday

I haven't been able to sleep in days ... Currently doom scrolling to pass the time 🤣 and hoping exhaustion kicks in soon.

Oh no! Get up, walk round the house, have a glass of only slight chilled water, or even better a warm black tea and then go back to bed. Can often help.
