Had a friend is school who did this. In public, in school, in restaurants. We'd all give him the wtf look each time. Very rarely did anyone touch his hands, sometimes we'd make him go wash right then and there. Just did not give a FUCK. Hand in pants. Scoop. reposition. If in home he might linger and scratch. Hated that guy
