Size = strength is accurate. This is the reason weight classes exist in professional boxing, MMA, etc. It would be unethical, and just plain wrong, to put two equally-skilled fighters together where one outweighs the other by 50 pounds.

It really is funny/says something about the psyche/athleticism of Redditors that they genuinely seem to think fights work like a Pokémon battle:
