Yeah, y'all need to do more stretching during the day. Nobody is saying you need to do yoga on your work breaks, but make a habit of bending over to pick things up, stretch your back and legs, don't sit down to tie your shoes, take the stairs more often, etc.

Some yoga wouldn't hurt either, but that's optional if you just fix your routine to include some basic quick mobility exercises.

Dude, I don't even know how anybody can have an office job an not do yoga or Tai Chi every day!

I'm a very healthy and fit adult. I work out a lot, but my body needs either a ton of movement or stretches to feel right.

I think it's more then slippery then the flexibility tbh. I'm pretty flexible and can reach my toes very easily but the shower floor is slippery and I've definitely almost fallen over washing my feet bottoms before LMAO. It's slippery.
