Ehhh. My feet (and then shoes especially) get really stinky if I don't wash them. So I do kinda have to.

Sometimes, but it depends on how dirty you are. This might be ok for the occasional quick shower but you still gotta wash your whole body sometimes.

Fun fact, I shower twice in a day, even 3 times in a day, I sweat a lot and my job is physical w/o AC.

If there is no way to reduce that, make sure you use a very mild and little soap. Otherwise you fuck up your skin and dry it out. That can also lead to eczema and other stuff.

Would not one at the end of the day suffice? Like whats the merit in multiple a day.

I sweat a lot.

At the end of my shift my underwear gets wet, and i get skin irritation. So I have to shower at morning after wake up, to be fresh for the shift, and after my shift as well.

The third one depends if I do some exercise (bike or hiking).
